Dr. Peter Brawer is the CEO and Co-Founder of Woven Home Care. He is a highly accomplished healthcare industry leader who brings over two decades of expertise from his years working as a provider and with large health systems overseeing population health, quality, network creation, and value-based contracting. He has created some of the largest ACO’s and CINs in the nation, and this work has brought him the singular conclusion: We need to shift safe and effective care to the home setting.
Dr. Brawer previously worked at Aon as Senior Vice President of Population Health for the consultancy’s National Health Care Industry practice. During his time at Aon, Dr. Brawer served as a national and global resource for over 200 Account Executives, impacting 250+ healthcare clients. Prior to his time at Aon, he served as a leader in the health system space working as Vice President of Clinical Quality and Patient Safety at Mercy–St. Louis, and as System Vice President, Population Health at SSM Health – St. Louis. Dr. Brawer served as Associate Chief of Staff for the St. Louis Veterans Health System. Dr. Brawer has held academic appointments both at the Warren Alpert (Brown University) School of Medicine, and Washington University’s School of Medicine. Brawer currently sits on the advisory board of the incubator Global STL and has been an advisor for several health technology startups.
Dr. Brawer holds a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from St. Louis University, a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University Maryland, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Scranton. He completed his residency at Geisinger Medical Center and Fellowship in Pain Management at The University of Virginia.
Kevin Finlay is the President and Chief Operating Officer with Woven Home Care. In this role, he is responsible for the overall operations vital to building and sustaining a leading technology enabled home care organization. He currently leads a team of licensed care managers, professional caregivers, and office administrators to provide exceptional non-medical care in the homes of our clients and fulfill the Woven Mission “making your home the safest most effective place to receive care”.
Kevin is a creative and entrepreneurial-minded leader with an extensive background in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. He graduated with a degree in Occupational Therapy from Saint Louis University and transitioned into a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry. He held key positions with TAP Pharmaceuticals and Abbott Laboratories and was most recently employed with Tolmar Pharmaceuticals where he served in various leadership roles. He specialized in developing and utilizing analytics to execute strategies to impact treatment choices in the urology, oncology, and health system segments. In addition, he successfully hired, trained, and led diverse teams of individuals to achieve market leadership in a mature brand market.
Further applying his clinical knowledge and leadership experience, Kevin co-founded Smart Rehab, an organization focused on providing outpatient physical and occupational therapy services in the homes of older adults. This venture fueled his desire to pursue additional opportunities to bring exceptional care to the home. Kevin is a proud St. Louis native and is committed to fulfilling his passion to provide top notch care to the older adult population throughout his community and beyond.
Blake Marggraff is a co-founder and advisor to Woven Home Care. Blake currently leads CareSignal, a Lightbeam Company, in developing evidence-based healthcare technology to deliver clinical and financial returns for patients and healthcare organizations who have the most to gain. Blake founded CareSignal in 2015, overseeing clinical research covering thousands of patients, and subsequently scaling the Deviceless Remote Patient Monitoring solution to millions of underserved or high-risk patients across the United States. CareSignal was acquired by the leading population health company, Lightbeam Health Solutions, in November 2021. The company’s technology has been recognized by the 2018 Forbes Impact Summit and Prime Healthcare Competition, and its clinical impact is evidenced by ten positive-outcome peer reviewed journal publications.
Blake has experience in hard sciences research, and previously co-founded and grew the education technology startup BetaBox Labs to cashflow positive. Blake’s vision is to create a new standard of care for United States patients across the most prevalent chronic conditions, with the long-term mission of adding one billion QALYs (quality-adjusted life years) to humankind. Blake attended Washington University’s undergraduate Biology program, graduating in 2015.
Eunice Koo is an advisor to Woven Home Care and currently runs marketing for the software company Less Annoying CRM. She is passionate about easy-to-use and easy-to-understand software, and strongly believes that Woven Home Care's tech-enabled clinical connectivity is leading the way in making homes the best places to receive care. Eunice graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with bachelor's degrees in Political Science, Anthropology, and Legal Studies.
